I DO NOT have control over how long the USPS takes to deliver your item. It is not fair to give me a low rating when I clearly state my shipping times in my listings, and the post office takes too long to deliver. I try to ship all items within 24 hours, but when I have a high volume of orders it could take 48 hours to ship. Please keep this in mind when trying to catch a sale. Ebays estimated delivery time is just that "an estimate". I will not issue you a refund because you missed a sale. Delivery can take 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS, NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE! Delivery confirmation is provided on orders $6.00 and over. If you're order is under $6.00 and you want Delivery Confirmation, I can add it to your invoice ($1.30) BEFORE you pay. I can NOT Change your invoice once you have paid.

I do NOT see messages in paypal, if you need to contact us, please do so through ebay messages.

Invoices are bulk printed to save time on filling orders. I do not see each and every message left with your order. If you need to contact me about your order, please do so through ebay messages. I will NOT issue you a refund because you didn't change your address through Ebay and it got sent to the wrong address, or you wanted it shipped to your mom or cousin or brother etc. These requests need to be made through ebay messages. All orders will be shipped to your address on file with Ebay unless otherwise confirmed through a message that I have replied to, letting you know I got the message.

If you would like to see what day your item was shipped please go to "My Ebay" and then "purchase history". If your purchase included delivery confirmation the # will be attached to your order details in your purchase history. Once I drop an item off to the USPS I have NO CONTROL over how long it takes to reach you.

And PLEASE pay for your items in ONE TRANSACTION. They will stay in your ebay cart until you are finished shopping. It makes it very difficult when one person has multiple transactions and it slows everything down by having to go through orders one by one looking for multiple transactions. If your item is returned due to incorrect address I will not pay to ship it a second time. I will contact you through Ebay and let you know that it was returned to me. If you want the item shipped to the correct address it will be at YOUR expense BEFORE the item ships again. No refunds will be issued until 2 weeks after original ship date because it can take 2 wks or more to be returned to me. And Please remember, mail does get lost from time to time. It doesn't mean your item was never shipped. Check your "My Ebay" section if you are unsure if your item has shipped. It will give you a date the item was shipped.
